After the Missouri state legislature reversed a minimum wage increase passed by the city of St. Louis in 2018, TCW worked with Missouri Jobs with Justice (MJJ) to design and execute an advocacy advertising campaign that educated voters about what had happened and what it meant for Missouri families. TCW harnessed emotionally compelling imagery paired with a concise message to make the impact of legislators’ actions clear to voters. Strong click-through rates indicated that TCW's creative made online users feel compelled to not only learn more about the issue of preemption but also to mobilize to make a change.
