The creative contrasted Nirenberg and his opponent, Greg Brockhouse, highlighting Brockhouse's ties to special interests and the expensive consequences for San Antonio if he were to become mayor. This candidate advertising proved to be effective - after a runoff election, Ron Nirenberg won the election with 51.1% of the vote.
