TCW worked with the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW) to create a political direct mail program targeted to California members telling them to vote no on Prop 22. Prop 22 was bankrolled by several large corporations, and there was significant confusion among voters around whether Prop 22 was good for workers. The goal of this multi-lingual political advertising example was to lay bare who was behind Prop 22 and the real impact on workers—lower wages, fewer protections, and job losses. Unfortunately, as the most expensive ballot measure in California's history, Prop 22 passed.
