TCW’s Podcast “How to Win a Campaign” Returns for Season 5!
The Campaign Workshop is proud to launch season five of our podcast, How to Win a Campaign, this fall. The season is filled with powerful conversations about what it takes to confront and overcome roadblocks in a political environment that’s constantly evolving. Whether you're leading a nonprofit, running for office, organizing in your community, or just trying to stay true to your values when the road gets rough, this season is for you.
Over the past four seasons of the podcast, How to Win a Campaign has brought together a diverse group of voices from the campaign trail to the advocacy and movement spaces. This season, we’re digging even deeper. Season five is all about resilience—how people push through hard times, find clarity in chaos, and lead with purpose.
In each episode of the podcast, you’ll hear from advocacy and political leaders who have been in the trenches: candidates who have weathered controversy, organization leaders who have navigated political headwinds and leadership changes, and advocates who have had to rebuild after deep setbacks. We sit down with changemakers who’ve faced burnout, backlash, and moments of doubt, and who came out on the other side.

So, why are we focusing on overcoming challenges and roadblocks this season? Because doing what we do, and knowing what our listeners do, is hard these days. It’s easy to stand up for what’s right when everyone is in your corner. It’s another thing entirely when you feel alone in the fight, when your allies start to waver, or when you have to restructure your organization to meet uncertain times. Each of our guests this season knows what it’s like to face resistance, to stumble, and to get back up again.
This season is about real people sharing real stories: the lessons they’ve learned, the values they’ve held onto, and the strategies that helped them keep going. Each episode will not only inspire you but also equip you with tools and strategies. Season five of our podcast will offer tangible insights for resilience and growth—whether you're managing a team, building a coalition, or just trying to get through a tough season.
