Campaign Workshop - Core Values

Since the creation of The Campaign Workshop, we have worked to craft core values that define our approach to team building and cultivating a supportive, productive work environment.

Embrace change, be curious

Learn from mistakes and don't blame. Test, ask, explore, and collaborate—leadership is a two-way street.

Communicate, especially when it’s hard

Together, we make a better workplace and product. Hard conversations are needed for growth and problem-solving.

H.H.S.

Be hungry, humble, and smart; and hire those who are. Having clarity around the kind of employee traits we want is beneficial to the team.

Work with intent

Be intentional with coworkers, vendors, clients, and your own time. In our world, a lot of time can be wasted on wheel spinning. We are committed to reducing this as much as we can.

Pay it forward

Help folks out. Be a mensch. Heal the world. We want to make the world a better place and we need to start by helping the folks we meet along the way.

Commitment to DEI

The Campaign Workshop is committed to building and supporting a work culture that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI).

We embrace and encourage our employees’ differences in age, color, ability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our employees unique. We are committed to racial justice, and we’re working to build an actively anti-racist company. Internally, we’re working to create a company where everyone can show up fully as themselves, where we engage directly with our identities and biases, and where we work together to dismantle systems of oppression. Externally, we hope to show up for our clients in their work towards racial justice, to help build a stronger and more diverse pipeline of talent into political consulting, and to grow partnerships with vendors of diverse backgrounds.
