He previously served as director of inclusive excellence, accessibility, and belonging of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He is also the founder and CEO of Make It Better Consulting. As executive director at Equality Ohio and Equality Ohio Education Fund, Dwayne leads a 25-person team and is focused on organizational development, fundraising, policy, and advocacy.
