Shashone Lambert is the Accounting & HR Manager at The Campaign Workshop (she/her).
Shashone joined TCW in 2022 in a temporary role that quickly evolved into a full-time, permanent position—a testament to her expertise, reliability, and impact. She oversees a broad scope of accounting and human resources functions, supporting the company’s work across political campaigns, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations with precision and care.
A QuickBooks ProAdvisor, certified in both QuickBooks Payroll and Advanced QuickBooks, and a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB), Shashone holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Strayer University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude while working full time and raising a family. She is deeply committed to professional growth and is always seeking out opportunities to stay current on evolving accounting standards and HR policies to ensure TCW remains compliant, efficient, and well-supported.
Known for her thoughtful approach and strong organizational skills, Shashone plays a critical role in maintaining the operational backbone of the company—balancing accuracy, compliance, and people-centered practices.
Originally from Staten Island, New York, Shashone enjoys reading, writing, baking, and spending time at the theater. Outside of work, she is passionate about speaking to Black women in educational settings about advocating for themselves to help ensure healthy, trauma-free birthing experiences—work that reflects her commitment to empowerment, education, and community.
